For orders over $100, City Girl Treats requires a 50% non-refundable retainer fee at time of billing. Once payment is made, customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions of contract. No refunds will be issued for any payment made. The balance of any remaining payment is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
For orders under $100, City Girl Treats requires full payment at time of billing. Rush orders (less than 1 week), are subject to a $50 rush fee. Delivery, setup and breakdown fees apply. See contract for full details.
